Here's an interesting story:

Once upon a time, there were two woodcutters. One of them young and strong wanted to challenge the older one.  

Both agreed to the challenge!

The rules were simple: He who could cut the most trees during the day would win the competition.

The young lumberjack started cutting trees immediately, so did the old one.

They were able to hear the noise of falling trees  coming from the other person.  

But after one hour the noise coming from the old man would stop and would continue after some minutes.

The young man assumed the old one was taking breaks because of his age and lesser strength.

Many breaks later the sun went down and the two man met.

The young one who hasn’t took one single break, was very confident about winning.

But when he saw how many trees the  old one has cut down, he was devastated.

The old man has won the competition.

He turned to the old man: “I heard you take many breaks throughout the day, I didn’t even take one break. How is that possible?”.

The old one smiled and answered: “I took the breaks to sharpen my axe.”

As you generate great outcome with your team, your income increases.

In order to generate great outcomes, you will need to offer greater value. And by attaining greater value, you will need to continuously “sharpen your axe” through reading, listening to podcast, learning from course, find out better way etc. Just like the old woodcutter in the story, just that you don't have to be "old" to learn the lesson😏
